In this type of accounting the data is provided by you via email, WhatsApp and such other means. Then it is processed while maintaining all the compliances and later on the reports for the same are sent to you.
Local Accounting
In this type of accounting, our professional staff visits your business premises and do all the accounting for you. You can schedule visits as per your convenience i.e., weekly, bi-weekly or thrice a week.

STEP 1
Document Requisition
All the required documents for accounting are collected from you via mail or Whatsapp or such other means. The data we require will be the following(but not limited to): -

2. Sales invoices
3. Bank statement
4. Cash receipt vouchers
5. Cash payment vouchers
We can also make your sales invoices for you if you don’t want to incur an additional expense.
STEP 2
Processing Documents
After collecting documents from the you, the data is then uploaded to the accounting software at our premises under the supervision of a Chartered Accountant (Yes, that’s our USP).

Reporting to You
After processing comes reporting in which we provide you reports as per requirements. MIS reports which include Profit distribution statement, debtors ageing report etc are some which are custom made by us for you.

Completing the Compliance
After reporting and finalizing on all the data, all the compliance is done in respect to GST and TDS as per the applicability for your business.
